Anyone (company and private person) can open an account and place an order on the virtual store of Mexiland. Alcoholic drink orders are processed only for adults over 18 years. For restaurants and bars, a client profile "HoReCa" will be suggested.
All prices listed on our online store are in CHF, excluding VAT and do not include shipping costs. Prices may vary between private clients and HoReCa customers.
The order is generally processed on the first business day upon its receipt.
There is no minimum order amount .
If out of stock, the customer will be notified accordingly.
Deliveries can be made by us, by carrier or by the company DHL Swisspack from Monday to Friday.
There may be a delivery delay of one week for processing fresh products such as fresh corn tortillas.
A1. Shipping costs and packaging amounting between CHf 10.00 and CHF 12.00 will be charged for orders which total products countervalue is less than CHF 150 and whose weight does not exceed 30kg. Additional charges will be considered for orders weighing more than 30kg.
A2. Additional shipping costs will be added to the order of braseros or large boxes of goods such as corn chips.
A3. Additional shipping costs may be added for orders shipped by Swiss Post.
A4. Orders shipped to France will be charged based on current shipping tariff of Colissimo.

A6. The fresh, frozen and fragile products are sent at the risk and peril of the customer. The frozen goods arrive thawed for rapid consumption and should not be refrozen. On request of customer frozen goods can be sent by carrier (min. CHF 60.00).
The shipping costs for HoReCa customers are defined according to the following delivery areas :
Zone A (Geneva and surroundings): daily, free from CHF 150.00
Zone B (Lausanne and Vaud): Wednesday and Thursday, free from CHF 250.00
Zone C (Fribourg and Valais): Wednesday or Thursday, free from CHF 650.00
No shipping costs are charged to orders collected to one of our stores. Payment can be made on the spot in cash or in advance by bankwire or by credit card through Paypal or by invoice if agreed on.
A payment in advance to the postal account 14-49428-2 Mexiland Import Export Sàrl Geneva is required for new customers except for payments at point of sale.
A payment on invoice is only possible for existing customers or for companies or restaurants agreed on by us.
Delivery on Saturdays and Sundays or by express is possible, however, it is only on request and at the expense of customer.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders from a customer in case of insolvency or in case of non-payment in advance within 5 business days after payment request during the validation of the order.

In case the goods are damaged, the client must notify it to delivery man at the time of delivery, in particular if the package is delivered by DHL Swisspack or by Swiss Post.
